正確調理月經不調

月經來潮的前一周的飲食宜清淡,易消化,富營養。

可以多吃豆類,魚類等高蛋白食物,並增加綠葉蔬菜,水果,也要多飲水,以保持大便通暢,減少骨盆充血。

月經來潮初期時,女性常會感到腰痛、不思飲食,這時不妨多吃一些開胃、易消化的食物,如紅棗、麵條、薏米粥等。

月經期要吃營養豐富、容易消化的食物,以利於營養物質的補充,多飲水、多吃蔬菜,可以保持大便通暢,這樣也可以減少盆腔充血。

月經期會損失一部分血液。因此,月經後期需要多補充含蛋白及鐵鉀鈉鈣鎂的食物,如肉、蛋、奶類。
