按摩肚子可以減肥治療便秘

按摩腹部能調整人體陰陽氣血、改善臟腑功能。
需要注意的是,不要在過分饑餓或飽餐的情況下進行,
體弱者可採用平直仰臥位進行按摩。
由於腹部右側是升結腸,左邊是降結腸,
因此順時針方向按摩是依照排泄的流向,
幫助腸蠕動。

一般養生所採用的摩腹法最好是平補和平瀉的手法。
平補法就是一逆一順、各繞臍摩腹100圈;
平瀉法則是一順一逆,按摩方向應同肌肉走向一致,
沿肌肉生長方向,輕緩地、有韻律地耐心進行。

按摩的時間不宜過長,一般控制在5分鐘左右,
在毛孔張開時按摩效果最佳,所以最好在洗澡後按摩。
摩腹時,可用全掌施力,也可只用大魚際接觸腹部,
若雙手重疊按揉,則推拿力量大,效果更佳。
摩腹前注意排空小便,腫瘤或急腹症患者禁止摩腹。
