如何按摩小腿

按摩不僅能幫助放松運動後緊繃的肌肉,讓運動代謝產物更快地排出腿部、避免運動後的腫脹和酸痛,也能促進腿部微循環,消除水腫、促進脂肪燃燒!

步驟1、用兩手一邊捏小腿的腿肚子上的肌肉一邊從中間向上下按摩,不斷變化按捏的肌肉,每條腿按摩3分鍾。

步驟2、象擰抹布一樣左右擰小腿腿肚的肌肉,從腳踝到膝蓋不斷改變擰的地方,每條腿堅持3分鍾。

步驟3、兩手握住小腿,大拇指按住小腿前面的腿骨,從下往上按摩,重複3次。除了拇指,其它手指也要相應加大力度按摩肌肉。每條腿堅持3分鍾。

步驟4、把拇指放在膝蓋上面,兩手握住大腿的肌肉邊按壓膝蓋窩位置邊按摩膝蓋,每條腿堅持2分鍾。
